This is a unique growth opportunity to join our mission as an early member of the team. We are backed by leading investors, and are well-capitalized. The successful candidate will play a high-impact role in shaping our product, tech and team for years to come.

As an early member of our engineering team, you will help develop features and improvements to our product in a secure, well-tested, and maintainable way. You will envision, develop, and enforce the global architecture for our web application. You will exert influence on our overall vision and objectives, both technical and product, including our proprietary zero-party data infrastructure.

We care deeply about mentoring our engineers and finding opportunities for you to grow, and work on what you have the most energy and enthusiasm for.

🧭 Ideal candidate

Enjoys thinking from the user’s perspective. You're interested in the idea of sharing early prototypes with users and tracking usage to gauge success.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of experience with full-stack development (Python, Javascript - React.js, Node.js, Next.js)
Experience working on GraphQL and REST web services
A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (e.g. how the browser parses and constructs a web page)
Proficiency with English, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in an asynchronous work environment
Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
